David began his studio training while at Nimbus School of Recording Arts in 2014. The vast experience and connections gained during his time at Nimbus led David to his role as an assistant engineer in a Local studio called The Nest. Recording artists such as Buckman Coe, Jacqualine Dawn and David’s own band Koba. He now operates out of his own space at Sasamat Sound Studio.

Mixing in a well treated room using two sets of high end monitors has given David a leading edge into hearing the mix as it truly is.
Sasamat Sound Studio is equipped with Adam A7x monitors paired with a Yamaha HS8S subwoofer, as well as PMC LB1 monitors powered by a Brytson 4b amplifier matched with a Velodyne DD12 subwoofer. Using these reference tools David is able to create a realistic and lifelike soundstage and presence in his mix.
